Pam Shapiro

Pam is a physiotherapist (Qualified Witwatersrand University 1986) and a personal trainer. Her initial interest in training began 25 years ago specializing in pre and post-natal training. It has evolved over the years to include functional and interval training, general fitness and conditioning. Her wellness approach focuses on the 4 fundamental elements of endurance, strength, balance-stability and flexibility. Pam believes in creating a BALANCED lifestyle with attention to regular exercise and healthy , sensible nutrition. She is passionate about her own health, fitness and overall wellness. Her own personal health and wellness routine consists of strength and conditioning training, cardiovascular exercise as well as yoga and meditation practice.
